Watch Katy Perry’s totally vulnerable therapy session (streamed on real internet TV). She talked alcohol, exes and why she just wants to be Kathryn Hudson sometimes.
In celebration of her brand new album (Witness), Katy Perry live streamed her entire life on YouTube. That’s 96 hours worth of footage using 41 installed cameras all over her home for the weekend (you can read all about her weekend by clicking HERE)!
But the best part of Katy’s Big Brother weekend was her live-streamed therapy session with renowned therapist Dr. Siri Singh.
In this hour-long session Katy (whose real name is Kathryn Hudson) opened up about her strained childhood, her baes lost and most importantly, how damn hard it is living up to her glamorous stage personality, a.k.a Katy Perry, when she just wants to be her authentic self – which is so much more insecure and dorky that you’d think.
All we’re going to say is, we like this new authentic Katy, who has the guts to spill her guts in front of the whole internet! Brave to the max.
If you don't have time to watch the entire video, here are the bits you need to see!
Because we’re not going to bore you with an entire description of a video you’re about to watch anyway.

13:00 > WHY BEING A CELEBRITY IS ACTUALLY PRETTY DAMN EXHAUSTING

15:50 > WHAT THE MEANING OF HER NEW ALBUM IS, WHY HER IG PICS ARE FAKE AND WHY SHE WANTS YOU TO KNOW IT
What do you think about her transformation from pinup Katy to straight-up Kathryn?
